The History
This one-story Mission commercial building is cleverly built sitting diagonally on the site to better facilitate car access. In the 1930’s it was the Sinclair Gas Station. As highways were being constructed, the need for roadside stations increased. Another carport was originally located on the south side of the structure in addition to the covered carport from when it was a filling station.

The Architecture
Spanish Revival Style with a stucco exterior. It has a flat roof with a parapet and fixed windows with four light transoms.
